UNISON Scottish Borders Branch has recently been contacted by several SB Cares Homecare members regarding concerns over working conditions.
Therefore, we have created this online survey (members will also be sent a postal survey) in order to collate concerns and help identify issues SB Cares home care workers across the borders are currently facing.
By filling in this survey you will help UNISON inform our campaign to improve home care services in the Scottish Borders.
